Position Summary:
The Salesforce technical lead role will be responsible to work on development and support client applications based on salesforce.
Mandatory Skills:
Salesforce configuration for lightning, customization involving Apex, LWC, aura.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Documents the low-level design against the user stories.
User Story Estimations.
Mentor development team.
Ensures all the user stories are built in accordance with the development standards.
Code review of the user stories based on the project-based coding best practice PMD rules
Removing the developers' roadblocks.
Supporting SIT /UAT team in closing the testing.
Triaging the SIT/UAT defects before assigning to offshore team.
Lead and co-ordinate the PROD deployment activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklists.
To draft the implementation plan for Production releases.

Salary Range: >$100,000
