- Deliver high quality mediation of Minor Civil Disputes in accordance with the provisions of the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2009, The Dispute Resolution Centres Act 1990, other relevant legislation, and DRB policies and procedures.
- Work in a highly confidential and sensitive organisational environment, including providing consistent and impartial advice to persons participating in Minor Civil Dispute Mediation.
- Work collaboratively with the MCD mediation team to manage an individual case load under limited supervision in a timely and effective manner, working towardsperformance targets and the Branch's business planning outcomes.
- Undertake administrative tasks necessary to assist clients and support the operations of the MCD service, including the use of computerised records management system, and data entry.
- Participate productively and collaboratively as a member of the MCD team in delivering support and services to staff and clients and participating in staff meetings and business planning as required.
- Demonstrate accountability, confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical behaviour in the workplace.
