THE JOB
We are looking for someone enthusiastic and willing to learn the ropes!
This is an entry-level role, perfect for a first job or to be balanced alongside studies.
This role is currently available for 15+ hours per week, evening and weekend availability is essential.

To perform cleaning duties within the kitchen department as required, including the cleaning of cooking and general utensils/crockery used in a kitchen, bistro, restaurant, and function departments
To assist employees who are cooking, including the assembly and preparation of ingredients for cooking or salads
Assembly of ingredients for salads and other non-cooked menu items
To assist as required in undertaking general pantry duties
To participate as part of a team providing services to patrons to ensure an excellent customer experience
To follow directions of senior management during shifts
Follow all hotel policies and procedures at all times
Other duties as required to manage the Venue and provide an exceptional customer experience effectively, or as directed by management
Follow Safe Work Procedures for all areas of the hotel at all times as per WHS Act 2012
Any other duties directed by Management
