Food and Beverage Service (Full-time)

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone bubbly, reliable, and driven, who can handle the pressure of busy service and wants to learn! This role is available on a casual basis or full-time for the right candidate, opportunity for growth into a leadership role.

What do you need to succeed?
The successful candidates will have a friendly and approachable character with excellent communication skills and a self-starting initiative.

Proficient English language skills
Eager to learn, grow and develop
Competent and trustworthy cash-handling skills
Responsible Service of Alcohol (18+) (essential)
Exceptional customer service skills (essential)
Availability and reliability to work night shifts and weekends (essential)
TAB, Keno, Gaming experience and certificates (Preferred)

THE JOB
We are looking for reliable customer service superstars to work nights and weekends for casual or up to full-time. Successful applicants must have the flexibility to work a 7-day roster. The most important thing is a positive, can-do attitude focused on teamwork and delivering a great customer experience!

Working at the Bentleys Hotel requires high energy, and an ability to multitask and successfully handle competing priorities.

Exceptional and professional customer service
Serve, clean, and reset through all service periods as required
Proficient in the professional service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Consistent delivery of the venue’s products
Good understanding of all food and beverage offerings, including menus available, food service systems, and till operations
Communicate and liaise with team members
Efficient knowledge of the point-of-sale operating system (on-the-job training provided)
Maintain and clean all work areas
Adhere to all policies and procedures as directed by management
Follow Safe Work Procedures for all areas of the hotel as per the responsibility of all employees under the WHS Act 2012
Ensure personal compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
Any other duties directed by Management
