Shangri-La Sydney is looking for skilled Food & Beverage Attendants to join our Lobby Lounge team. As an F&B Attendant, your responsibilities include:
Is aware of and observes the requirements of the liquor act as they relate to the Hotel and Lobby Lounge.
Display a high degree of professional product knowledge.
Presents menus to guests, suggesting food and beverage items and answering any questions regarding products the Hotel sells.
Records guest orders and places with the bar/kitchen.
Anticipate and accommodate guest needs
Obtains necessary equipment for service, according to established procedures and services orders to guests, observing proper flow of service and the time requirements of the guest.
Performs other duties as requested by the Food & Beverage Management team.
About You
Experience in Hotel or Bar environments.
Customer service experience in a similar setting
Excellent communication skills in reading and writing English.
Minimum of 1 year experience in as Food & beverage Attendant
Understanding of workplace practices in Work Health and Safety
Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
