Tasks & Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing communications including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution
Assist management and staff with various administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation
Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, assisting clients, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner
Work with various teams to ensure smooth operations
Assisting with invoicing clients, tracking payments, and managing accounts receivable
Assisting in implementing quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations
Entering data into relevant systems, generating reports, and maintaining accurate records
Skills & Experience:
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain efficient workflows
Strong verbal and written communication, as admins often interact with various stakeholders
Capacity to identify issues and find solutions to challenges that arise in day-to-day operations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for interacting with various stakeholders.
