Tasks & Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling order placements, providing updates on freight movements, and addressing all client needs.
Oversee incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution for clients.
Manage client invoicing, track payments, and oversee accounts receivable.
Develop and maintain reports on customer revenue and expenditure levels.
Assist in tracking freight, coordinating delivery timeframes, and addressing any delays, leveraging existing relationships and cultivating new ones to enhance client spending

Skills & Experience

Demonstrated proficiency in administration and customer service, with a proven track record in one or both areas.
Solid background in computer skills and system knowledge, including experience with OLS, AX, or equivalent systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain streamlined workflows.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for interacting with various stakeholders.
Aptitude for identifying issues and developing solutions to address challenges in day-to-day operations.
