Plan and organize updates to induction and learning content to align with business needs.
Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure materials meet organizational goals.
Manage learning resources, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
Monitor and report on training program effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement.
Use systems to design, deliver, and track digital learning solutions and ensure smooth operations.
Create engaging learning content to enhance onboarding and ongoing development.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure offerings reflect best practices and standards.
Review and improve existing processes and learning solutions to foster continuous improvement.
What experience you’ll bring Essential
Understanding of training processes and adult learning principles.
Proven ability to scope, design, and deliver technical and behavioral training.
Strong application of learning design principles.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and organizational skills.
Experience delivering training programs for diverse audiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Capacity for self-management, participative decision-making, and managing change.
Desirable
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE).
Certification in the Financial Services industry preferred
