Purpose of the role The Delivery Lead (Professional), reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, oversees facilitators delivering professional development programs, including leadership development, at Auto & General. This role also coordinates external vendor delivery. The role
Plan and organize the delivery of internal professional development programs, ensuring effective resource allocation and adherence to timelines.
Lead a large team of facilitators, providing clear direction and fostering high engagement.
Communicate objectives and updates to the team, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure alignment on development goals.
Manage data on program performance, participant feedback, and vendor outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
Use the Mylearning system to track delivery, manage schedules, and maintain accurate records.
Execute new learning solutions and resources as directed by the Senior Delivery Manager to enhance workforce capabilities.
Coordinate with external vendors to ensure the delivery of scalable solutions meets standards and requirements.
What experience you’ll bring
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE)
Extensive experience in leadership development service delivery
Certification in the Financial Services industry preferred
Experience in leading or coaching in a learning environment
Strong facilitation skills (both on-the-job and classroom)
Knowledge of modern learner expectations, theories, and adult learning principles
Excellent interpersonal, written, and organizational skills
Proven ability to deliver training programs to diverse audiences
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Strong self-management, team participation, and change management skills
