The Opportunity
Join Ventia in providing a new service on our Whole of Australian Government (Wo AG) Contract. Reporting to the Leasing Manager, our Assistant Leasing Manager will support the delivery of leasing services for a range of clients in accordance with the Wo AG Deed.
X1 permanent full-time position located in Forrest ACT.

Primary responsibilities:
- Providing support to the Leasing manager - critical dates and key lease events in line with the Clients requirements and contractual obligations of the Wo AG Deed
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of the allocated portfolio to meet the service delivery requirements of the Client
- Assisting in lease administration, including lease preparation, renewals and amendments
- Ensuring compliance with client approval processes, and maintaining accurate records on Leasing related services and activities
- Liaising with clients and landlords daily to ensure that key requirements are met
- Establishing and maintaining strong work working relationships with key stakeholders including Entity personnel, consultants and internal service delivery teams
- Assisting the Leasing Manager with the submission and presentation of leasing reports as required under the Wo AG Deed including Critical Dates reports, Monthly Operations Reports and Annual Business Plans
- Any other general administrative duties as required by the Leasing Manager
Could you be our Assistant Leasing Manager?
- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration is preferred but not essential
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- A positive attitude and happy to offer support when needed
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Proven stakeholder management experience – internal and external
- Previous experience within property transaction or leasing related field
- An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders
