Administrative and Corporate Services Band 2(Remuneration Package Range $106,276 - $134,567) Customer, Strategy and Regulation Darwin Ongoing vacancy available Power and Water Corporation is a Northern Territory Government (NTG) owned utility that operates across a geographic area of 1.3 million square kilometres and within a range of diverse environmental conditions, ranging from the arid dry of the central desert to the tropical monsoon of the top end. The corporation generates, transmits and distributes electricity, supplies water and wastewater treatment services across the Northern Territory (NT) for the benefit of residents, including remote and isolated Aboriginal communities and outstations. We are looking for an Analyst to join our Regulation, Economics and Pricing team. In this role you will contribute to the development and implementation of economic regulation and pricing strategies for all Power and Water lines of business. We are looking for someone with experience producing high quality presentation materials and written documentation with an ability to develop and evaluate economic data, regulatory and pricing modelling and analytics to support decision making in a utilities environment. The role assists with the preparation and submission of economic regulation materials to economic regulators, including the Australian Energy Regulator and Utilities Commission of the Northern Territory. You will play a supporting role in business-critical projects relevant to economic and related regulatory outcomes with a focus on the inputs into modelling data and analytics and reporting, for the water, gas and electricity service streams. You will need to demonstrate well developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work collaboratively within a team, with proven experience in managing own workload and competing deadlines. A degree in economics, finance, accounting or similar are considered highly desirable. PWC values diversity in the workplace.
