This role will support effective regulation of the Petroleum Act 1984, Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1981, Energy Pipelines Act 1981 and Geothermal Energy Act 2009 (collectively ‘the Energy Legislation’ in the Northern Territory).
As the Compliance Administration Officer you will work with the Energy Development Branch to develop a records and information management system that meets requirements for the effective administration of the Energy Legislation. The successful applicant will ensure administrative systems and processes adequately meet requirements for documenting compliance and standards for legal acceptance.
