THE ROLE We are currently seeking a dedicated individual with gaming industry experience who is ready to take the next step in their career and join our close-knit team as a Gaming Product and Compliance Analyst on a full-time basis at our flagship site in Mount Pritchard, NSW.
As a Gaming Product and Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for Mounties Groups’ compliance with all applicable state and federal gaming and non-gaming regulations whilst overseeing the day-to-day gaming performance and reconciliation.
More specifically, your duties will include but will not be limited to:
Manage gaming related compliance matters including investigation of incidents and government enquiries.
Provide advice and support for all gaming related enquires across the group.
Manage and maintain self-exclusion obligations.
Oversee and manage daily reconciliations including analysis of any variances.
Provide recommendations to purchase and introduce new products with an accompanying conversion plan. Oversee, implement, and communicate installation plans across the Group.
Prepare monthly cashflow reports.
Ensuring compliance for all gaming related legislation, in particular the Gaming Machine Act 2010 & The Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (AML/CTF Act).
Provide recommendations that mitigates business risks and increases business efficiencies.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensuring relevant records are kept in accordance with club and legislated requirements.
Support the Gaming Administration team where required.
Any duties & ad hoc tasks that may be reasonably requested at any time.
ABOUT YOU To be successful in securing this role, you will ideally possess the following skills and experiences:
Prior experience in a similar role within the industry
Experience using Aristocrat System 7000 is highly desirable.
Effective problem solving, process improvement and analytical skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of NSW Liquor and Gaming & Club industry related legislation.
Technologically savvy – intermediate Microsoft application skills in Excel, Word, Power Point and Teams.
A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
High level of professionalism with sensitivity to confidential issues
Excellent written and verbal communication
Must hold a current NSW Liquor and Gaming RSA and RCG competency card.
