What's involved - The Advisor-Rehabilitation, Compliance and Wellbeing is responsible for the delivery of Rehabilitation, Return to Work, Compliance and Wellbeing activities across CWHHS facilities. This includes governance processes relating to our emergency management planning processes including fire compliance and staff wellbeing coordination.
Under the leadership of the Principal Advisor-Safety and Wellbeing, you will also take carriage for specified risk portfolios which will require you to develop in depth understanding of risks, controls and assurance processes as they relate to our workforce.
