- Salary Range: $76,304 - $90,143 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

You are interested in learning more about the Safety and Wellbeing function at Uni SA. Ideally, you will have had some experience in coordinating and developing Safety and Wellbeing Local Action Plans. You have excellent relationship management skills and are solutions focussed.
About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Consultant: Safety and Wellbeing, you will be responsible for providing generalist WHS, Wellbeing and Injury Management advice at a business unit and campus level. You will be a support for the whole Safety and Wellbeing team, ideally able to work across different campuses, depending on business needs.
About People, Talent and Culture (PTC)
The Safety and Wellbeing (S&W) team sits in the PTC Unit. Uni SA is committed to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy workplace and study environment for our employees, students, contractors, labour hire, volunteers, visitors and others associated with university business. S&W promotes and facilitates S&W activities for the assigned business areas to embed a strong health and safety culture.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualification and/or previous experience in work health and safety at a business level or working at Unit level to coordinate or implement S&W Local Action Plans
- High level interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- Demonstrated written and analytical skills and experience in preparing reports and recommendations
- Ability to work well with others across multi-disciplinary teams and be self-directed at other times
- Ability to prioritise and effectively organise workload to achieve defined outcomes
