Health, Safety and Compliance Manager

Impact Drill & Blast offers integrated drill and blast services to the quarrying, civil and mining sectors, covering every stage of the project from survey, blast design, mark out, drilling and bulk explosives supply to firing of blasts.
About this opportunity

We are rapidly growing in this industry, as part of this growth our Health, Safety and Compliance Team has an exciting opportunity for a Health Safety and Compliance Manager, located at Murarrie, Brisbane Region. The Health, Safety and Compliance Manager will be responsible for the company’s overall health, safety and compliance management.

Key responsibilities:

Health, safety and compliance strategy and planning
Safety management system and risk management
Health and safety policies and procedures creation, implementation and trainings
Workers compensation, injury management and emergency management
Ability to travel to domestic sites

The successful applicant will have:

5 years plus experience in a similar role
Preferred experiences in mining and/or drilling and blasting industry
Leadership skills
Diploma in health and safety management
