MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs for new hires, as well as ongoing training for existing employees.
- Develop training content related to hospitality standards, customer service, health and safety regulations, operational procedures, and brand guidelines.
- Customize training programs for different departments such as front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and management
- Conduct orientation sessions and skills development training for staff across various levels.
- Facilitate on-the-job training to ensure practical skills are developed in line with guest service expectations.
- Coordinate with department heads to deliver specialized training in areas such as leadership, communication, and conflict resolution.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics.
- Gather feedback from employees and department heads to identify training needs and adjust programs accordingly.
- Ensure continuous improvement of training materials based on feedback and organizational needs.
- Ensure all training complies with local regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Stay updated on new hospitality trends, technologies, and compliance requirements to integrate into training initiatives.
- Work closely with HR, department managers, and senior management to identify training gaps and opportunities for staff development.
- Lead and inspire a team of trainers, ensuring they are well-prepared and aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, certifications, and employee progress.
- Prepare reports on training activities and outcomes for management review.
- Manage the training budget and allocate resources efficiently.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and guest service standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Pre-opening experiences is an advantage.
