MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Design and implement comprehensive training programs for new hires, as well as ongoing training for existing employees.
Develop training content related to hospitality standards, customer service, health and safety regulations, operational procedures, and brand guidelines.
Customize training programs for different departments such as front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and management
Conduct orientation sessions and skills development training for staff across various levels.
Facilitate on-the-job training to ensure practical skills are developed in line with guest service expectations.
Coordinate with department heads to deliver specialized training in areas such as leadership, communication, and conflict resolution.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics.
Gather feedback from employees and department heads to identify training needs and adjust programs accordingly.
Ensure continuous improvement of training materials based on feedback and organizational needs.
Ensure all training complies with local regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.
Stay updated on new hospitality trends, technologies, and compliance requirements to integrate into training initiatives.
Work closely with HR, department managers, and senior management to identify training gaps and opportunities for staff development.
Lead and inspire a team of trainers, ensuring they are well-prepared and aligned with the company’s objectives.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization.
Maintain accurate records of training sessions, certifications, and employee progress.
Prepare reports on training activities and outcomes for management review.
Manage the training budget and allocate resources efficiently.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and guest service standards.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Pre-opening experiences is an advantage.
