Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue from rooms, events, conferences, and other hospitality services.
Identify and target new markets, such as corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and tour operators.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional offers and campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers.
Conduct sales presentations, attend industry events, and participate in networking activities to generate leads.
Negotiate and close contracts with new and existing clients to achieve sales targets.
Handle client inquiries, prepare proposals, and provide tours of the property to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the revenue management team to adjust pricing strategies based on market demand, competitor analysis, and occupancy levels.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Work closely with the front office, reservations, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events and bookings.
Develop strategies to attract meetings, conferences, weddings, and other events.
Set performance targets for the sales team and provide regular feedback.
Coordinate with hotel operations to ensure smooth client experiences from booking to post-event follow-up.
Track sales performance and metrics (e.g., bookings, revenue, occupancy rates).
Analyze sales trends and make recommendations for improvements in strategies and processes.
Report on market and competitor trends and provide insights to senior management.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
3 years of experience in hospitality industry in similar role.
