Manage the recruitment process by identifying staffing needs, creating job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
Ensure compliance with all employment regulations during recruitment and hiring processes.
Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring that the organization adheres to policies and best practices.
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, compensation, benefits, and career development.
Handle compensation and benefits administration to ensure alignment with industry standards and internal equity.
Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payment of employee salaries.
Address employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave, and personnel files.
Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and data confidentiality.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HR software.
Computer skill
English communication
