MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Manage the recruitment process by identifying staffing needs, creating job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with all employment regulations during recruitment and hiring processes.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring that the organization adheres to policies and best practices.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, compensation, benefits, and career development.
- Handle compensation and benefits administration to ensure alignment with industry standards and internal equity.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payment of employee salaries.
- Address employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave, and personnel files.
- Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and data confidentiality.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software.
- Computer skill
- English communication
