Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
Lead the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
Collaborate with other departments (operations, finance, etc.) to ensure a unified approach to customer acquisition and retention.
Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and developing relationships with corporate, group, and leisure segments.
Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring the team meets occupancy and revenue goals.
Lead contract negotiations with major clients (e.g., tour operators, travel agencies, corporate accounts).
Track competitor activity and market trends to adapt strategies and maintain competitiveness.
Develop and oversee the execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive bookings.
Manage the hotel’s online presence, including the website, social media, and third-party booking platforms.
Oversee public relations efforts, event promotions, and partnerships that align with the brand.
Work closely with advertising agencies, graphic designers, and other marketing service providers.
Collaborate with the revenue management team to set room rates, analyze occupancy levels, and optimize pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
Manage the sales and marketing budget, allocating resources effectively and ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI).
Analyze sales reports, market research, and customer feedback to refine marketing tactics and sales approaches.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including event planners, travel agencies, and corporate partners.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to attract new clients.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
5 years of experience in hospitality industry in similar role.
