Willing to hands-on daily activities and lead by example as an allrounder capable of successfully completing a variety of tasks and roles; Being an energetic and walk-the-talk team player.
Plan and operate resort operations according to quality and service orientation to ensure guest-focused criteria; Always pay attention to details to drive for results with a winning mentality.
Manage performance issues that arise within the operational departments. Train, develop, coach and counsel, conduct performance evaluations and resolve problems of departmental team members and managers. Reporting to the General Manager.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Minimum 3 years of operational management experience with strong Rooms OR Food & Beverage background.
Proven track record of success in achieving operational excellence.
Excellent in Guest complain handling; Strong leadership skills; In-depth knowledge of hotel operations.
