MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Market segment management:
- Lead and manage the MICE inbound and Corporate segments, ensuring alignment with overall sales objectives.
- Assist in developing the annual marketing plan with the DOS, focusing on MICE and Corporate strategies.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new corporate clients to secure future bookings through sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, and trade shows.
- Become an active member of Euro Cham and actively cultivate relationships within the corporate sector, particularly with key accounts based inter Southern regions.
- Maintain detailed records of former, existing, and potential clients, including profiles and preferences.
3. Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Achieve daily sales call targets with measurable effectiveness.
- Develop and identify business leads on a weekly basis, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.
- Prepare a monthly list of accounts to target, and plan active site inspections and entertainment meetings with qualified potential or new accounts.
- Prepare and execute a monthly action plan tailored to the main market segments.
- Monitor competitor activities, including rate strategies and marketing efforts, to maintain a competitive edge.
4. Guest & Event Management:
- Precisely define guest requirements and ensure that hotel services meet their expectations.
- Provide comprehensive after-sales service, addressing any guest complaints in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Solicit group, individual, banquet, and other function business, both independently and in collaboration with the team.
5. Coordination with Department:
- Work closely with other departments to identify opportunities for hotel activities, subsequent events, and media exposure.
- Record sales statistics, maintain accurate account records, and submit production reports on a monthly basis.
6. Technical Proficiency:
- Possess excellent knowledge of the Opera PMS.
- Possess excellent knowledge of Cvent, and similar event management systems.
- Be proficient in rate loading in Lanyon and update and maintain the resort’s GDS system presence.
- Efficiently complete RFPs and demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and use required programmes and tools.
7. Additional Responsibilities:
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the DOS.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in a similar role within a 4-5* hotel or resort environment.
- Strong sales mindset with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong negotiation abilities.
- Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written, along with advanced computer skills.
- Proven ability to analyse consumer data to optimise sales efforts.
- Excellent leadership and coaching abilities, with experience in staff optimisation and team development.
- Ability to work effectively with other department heads to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under high pressure and respond flexibly to a range of work situations.
- Initiative, courteousness, hard-working nature, and attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of Opera PMS, Cvent, and similar event management systems.
- Proficiency in rate loading in Lanyon, maintaining GDS systems, and filling out RFPs.
- Efficient in learning and using new tools and systems.
