MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Support to Senior Sales Manager and DOS:
- Assist in the day-to-day activities of the Senior Sales Manager and DOS, ensuring that all sales objectives and targets are met.
2. Corporate Account Management:
- Take responsibility for the Individual Corporate segment, managing relationships and ensuring consistent communication with corporate clients.
- Follow up on second and third-tier corporate accounts, ensuring that all client needs are addressed promptly.
- Manage the database for all Corporate and MICE accounts, ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate.
3. Sales Activities:
- Conduct regular sales calls to existing and potential corporate clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Handle quote requests and respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals to meet client needs.
4. Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities within the corporate and MICE segments.
- Provide regular updates to the Senior Sales Manager on account performance and sales activities.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other members of the Sales & Marketing team to coordinate efforts and maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful execution of events and corporate bookings.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales role within the hospitality or travel industry, with a focus on corporate clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems (e.g., Opera PMS, Cvent, Lanyon).
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
