Salary: $31.50-$34.65 per hour (DOE) / Additional Differentials Must Qualify

Language Translation - Bi-cultural Spanish: $1.00 per hour
Bimodal Bilingualism - ASL Sign Language: $1.00 per hour
Bimodal Multilingualism - ASL Sign Language: $2.00 per hour
Overview: Responsible for coordinating and developing family-centered teams, whose goal is to meet and assess individualized needs of children and families by utilizing and implementing the services available in the community. Key Responsibilities:
Meets with families to orient them to the wraparound team approach; obtains permission for service and release of information forms.
Convene Child and Family Team meetings for purposes of establishing and modifying the Family Care Plan. Assure strength-based assessments and promote family decision making and consensus building.
Reviews and submits required billing forms, reports, and other records prepared by support staff for clarity, completeness, accuracy, and conformance with agency policies.
Reports any clinical issues to program managers and supervisors.
Conducts strengths, needs, and culture inquiries to obtain contextual information for the wraparound meetings and individualized care plan.
Organizes and facilitates child and family wraparound teams. The wraparound teams’ purpose is to develop a care plan including professional and natural support to meet the intensive community-based treatment and support services needs of children and their families.
Qualifications:
Must have one of the following:
Bachelor of Social Work (BSW), Or Bachelor's degree (BS); and at least four years related experience and/or training;
Master's degree (MA) in social science related field; and at least two years related experience and/or training;
or equivalent combination of education and experience and/or Licensed or Intern with BBS. Specialized knowledge and understanding of at-risk youth involved in multi-service systems of care.
Previous wraparound experience is a plus.
Conditions of Employment:
Must have at least two years driving experience and be able to drive & use personal vehicle for work related purposes (100/300 Liability Insurance required)
Must possess a valid CA Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and a clean DMV printout (no more than 3 points).
Must pass a clear background check with DOJ, CACI, FBI, CCL.
CPR and First Aid Certified.
TB Exam and Physical at the time of employment.
Training Provided:
RCS provides an in-depth onboarding and training orientation, which includes CPR/First Aid, Crisis Communication/Pro-ACT, Trauma-Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, Collaborative Problem Solving, introductions to all RCS departments, and other valuable trainings.
