What to Expect
The Workplace Operations Associate is a position for a self-starter who must be extremely thorough, who possess outstanding communication skills and demonstrates diligence and devotion throughout the entire coordination process through task and project completion. It is imperative for this individual to have outstanding customer service skills and the ability to provide customers with quick solutions and ensure requests are completed in a timely manner. This individual must be able to perform “hands on” tasks such as furniture assembly and moving boxes/large items throughout the facility.
What You’ll Do
- Workstation and event setup and breakdown
- Daily walkthroughs (checking common spaces and furniture resetting)
- Ad-Hoc requests (desktop setup, relocation)
- Furniture, signage, and general workplace item placement, sourcing, and set up
- Forklift utilization
- General ticket request and administrative requests
- Reports cleanliness, culinary, and general maintenance requests
What You’ll Bring
- Ability to lift and/or carry or push up to 35 lbs.
- Creating an excellent workplace may require you to take on Workplace and Facility tasks that may be beyond your typical day to day responsibilities. The ability to take these on is what makes Workplace successful including the ability to have the multi-tasking and project-based mindset, what will it take to oversee this through project close out
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments and be detail oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under constant changing priorities and demands including weekends/nights as needed in order to meet schedule demand
- Strong work ethic, commitment to quality, & proven follow-through skills, a leader yet a team player
- Excellent listening skills, organizational skills, & strong communication skills with leaders & executors and maintenance a positive, proactive attitude and “can-do” mentality that is customer service oriented

Expected Compensation
- Workplace Assistant I - $17.17 - $25.76/hour
- Workplace Assistant II - $19.72 - $29.58/hour
- Workplace Assistant III - $23.53 - $35.29/hour
- Workplace Assistant IV - $27.61 - $41.41/hour
- Lead Workplace Assistant - $29.92 - $44.88/hour
, depending on level + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
