Water Utility Foreman
Job Qualifications:
· Minimum of 3 years Foreman experience.
· 5+ years of construction experience; on a field crew in water utility work.
· Ability to manage all aspects of the jobsite and crew.
· A valid driver’s license is required. CDL is a plus.
· P-6 or P-7 License strongly preferred
Job Description:
· Properly follow all Company policies and procedures for a safe and productive working environment.
· Manage their jobsite and crews, abiding by all laws and regulations and industry best practices.
· Supervise and instruct their crew on their daily tasks; Perform work in a safe & efficient manner.
· Reinforce and promote company policies, regulations, cultures, values, and work ethics.
· Commitment to safety - ensure the safety of the jobsite and proper use of PPE by their crew.
Pay and benefits based on experience / performance.
Additional licenses (P-6 / P-7, Class A CDL) will be considered when evaluating compensation.
All positions will have an initial review period to evaluate skill level.
All applicants must pass a background check & drug / alcohol screening

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
