Water Operator
Job Title: Water Operator $16-18/hr, Weekly Pay! Immediately Hiring!
Job Description
We are seeking a Water Operator with a minimum of 6 months of experience in the oil and gas industry. The team works across three yards, with the main yard located in Morgantown, though this does not guarantee work there. The positions are based in Morgantown and Waynesburg and include shifts of nights and days.Responsibilities
- Staffed on fracs and stationed at pump stations.
- Monitor tanks and set up/take down equipment.
- Load, unload, and identify materials, machinery, and tools, and distribute them according to project plans and specifications.
- Store and stack materials.
- Tend to pumps and generators.
- Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
- Operate hand and power tools.
Essential Skills
- Knowledge of construction machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience in the energy or construction industry is a plus.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Valid driver's license.
- Must pass a motor vehicle record check with no DUIs in the last 5 years and no more than 3 minor traffic incidents within the last year.
- Ability to work 75+ hours per week, including additional hours when needed.

This role requires working outdoors 24/7, with shifts from 6pm to 6am. Candidates must be willing to work 12-14 hour shifts and night shifts. The work attire includes steel-toe boots, jeans, and a work shirt. Training will involve shadowing a lead operator for the first week.
