Wait Staff/Server
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Waitstaff serve as the primary interaction point between customers and the F&B operations. We are looking for friendly and efficient waitstaff to serve guests at our establishment.
· Responsible for preparing tables, greeting and seating customers, making recommendations, taking orders, delivering food and drinks as well as accepting payments
· Maintain knowledge of the complete menu, daily specials, and available items
· Present customers with the menu and inform them of daily specials and taking orders
· Checking the quality of dishes before serving
· Delivering food and beverages in a timely manner
· Attend tables and ensure customer satisfaction
· Deliver checks and take payments
· Handle customer complaints and be able to communicate with management for assistance
· Adhere to food, sanitary, and safety standards
· Other duties as may be assigned
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities, & Requirements
· Experience as waitstaff, server or a similar role preferred but will train
· Experience operating a cash register and using POS systems a plus but will train
· Strong interpersonal and listening skills
· Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
· Ability to maintain and valid health certificate
