Golf Cart Attendant
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Golf Cart Attendant to join our team. The Golf Cart Attendant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of carts and assisting customers with their needs and ensuring guests have a positive experience at the golf course.
**Duties:**
- Retrieve and organize golf carts in the designated garage parking lot.
- Ensure carts are sanitized and in good working condition. Ensure carts are fully charged and prepared with amenities or supplies, as needed
- Assist customers with loading golf clubs into cards, checking out carts, and ensuring return of carts in good working condition
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns
- Monitor cart maintenance schedules and troubleshoot cart issues
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and the golf shop/front desk
