Experienced Daytime / Lunch Server, must have experience waiting on customers at the table, carrying plates, pre-busing plates, busing tables after customers leave. Must have a positive attitude, must be willing to work in a team atmosphere, no drama and be able to work without your cell phone. We are a small busy upscale casual restaurant and are known for great food and giving excellent service to our customers. We are a owner operated restaurant and both owners work in the restaurant everyday. As a server you will work with both owners - one in the BOH and one in the FOH. Both owners work a position in the restaurant everyday. Neither owner is a stand around manager. Owners will be working right along side of you. I explain this so you know what we expect from each and every employee because the owners work just as hard as the other employees. Hours: 10am or 10:30am to 3pm/3:30ishpm Shifts: 2 up to 4 shifts per week, maybe 5 for the right candidate. Open: Tuesday through Saturday Closed: Sunday and Monday Tips: AVERAGE $70 to $100 per day, plus or minus because we cannot guarantee tips on a daily basis.
