Experienced Used Car Acquisitions Assistant

Used Car Acquisition Assistant!
This is a coveted role with in a dealership that takes an organized, focused, driven and a individual that is a multi tasker. The ideal candidate has auction, acquisition, and vast knowledge of used cars to compliment our Used Car Director!
Pay: We are offering a base Salary plus Commissions. Income ranges between $4k-$7k per month
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Used Car Buyer Acquisition Assistant. The ideal candidate will oversee the sales and inventory of pre-owned vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing profitability. You will work hand in hand with the team and with our used car director to assist in all things used cars.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales process for used cars, including pricing, negotiations, and closing deals
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory and availability
- Implement effective strategies for inventory control, auction buying and management of recon and all used car issues
- Provide sales support to the sales team and assist in outside sales efforts
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences in acquisitions and purchases of used cars
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and pricing
- Ensure a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory effectively
- Proficiency in PWR (Reynolds), V Auto, Ove and Manheim
- Excellent customer service skills to build rapport with clients
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Experience in retail sales, particularly in automotive or related industries
- Knowledge of inventory management practices for used vehicles

Pay: $4,500.00 - $7,500.00 per month
