Snow Removal - Experienced Toolcat/Skid Steer Operator
R.M. Landscape is a growing company with a large portfolio of commercial properties in which we provide superior snow and ice management services throughout Western NY. Our Snow Removal – Toolcat/Skid Steer Operator will utilize snow management skills and equipment to keep our clients' sites clear of snow and reduce the hazards of ice. The ideal candidate must love working outdoors in all types of cold weather in this challenging position. We value reliability and commitment.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Direct-to-Site report with Toolcat/Skid Steer for Snow Removal, Salter, and/or Shoveling duties
- Work with Site/Route Managers to clear snow and manage ice per company standards
- Maintain a safe job site, ensuring current landscape and property is not damaged from removal efforts
- Maintain and care for equipment, tools, and vehicles
- Safely and appropriately distribute de-icing solutions, including calcium chloride or rock salt
- Operate, prepare, and inspect various machinery ensuring equipment is in top condition and appropriate for site
- Must be at least 18 years of age (Required)
- 5+ years: Toolcat and/or Skid Steer Experience (Required)
- Ability to learn and be trained (Required)
- Ability to perform physical work in various weather conditions (Required)
- Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs safely and with assistance (Required)
- Open/Flexible Availability (preferred)
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to site (Required)
- Valid NYS Driver License (Required)
- Follow all safety guidelines and use safety equipment (Required)
- Hours Vary (Open availability preferred)
- On-call/Weather Dependent work
