About the Role

Nandail Property Management is looking for a reliable and dedicated General Handyman to assist with snow removal and general property maintenance in Columbus, OH. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of handling both seasonal snow clearing and ongoing property maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Snow Removal: Clear snow from residential and commercial properties to ensure safe access.
Handyman Services: Perform general maintenance and repairs as needed across properties.
Safety: Adhere to safety standards and procedures during all tasks.
Customer Service: Communicate effectively with property owners to ensure satisfaction.
Maintenance Reporting: Report any additional maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.

Qualifications

Experience as a handyman or in a related field.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous snow removal or outdoor property maintenance experience is a plus.
