Salary: $65,000-$75,000
Location: In-person only
POSITION SUMMARY:
Manage programing for Older Adults including Compassionate Companions Program and Supermarketing for Seniors program as well as any other existing or newly created programs that fall under the scope of the position.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage all aspects of the programing for Older Adults including Compassionate Companions Program and Supermarketing for Seniors program as well as any other existing or newly created programs that fall under the scope of the position.
Along with the director of volunteers, coordinating all components of JFS Greenwich older adult services.
Careful accounting of program requirements, and volunteer coordination.
Responsible for organizing, implementing, and evaluating that all adult service programs meets the needs of program participants and stakeholders.
Maintain records, develop, and utilize quantitative and qualitative evaluation tools to assess measurables are being delivered and participant satisfaction and safety is guaranteed.
Act as a consultant where necessary, representing JFS of Greenwich with community partners, potential volunteers, program participants, Board of Directors, and external stakeholders.
When necessary, create processes or tools that support inter-department collaboration.
Support the Director of Volunteers with administrative tasks related to the well-functioning of the Older Adult Services department.
Work with colleagues and community partners to identify emerging client needs, staff trainings, and other opportunities for continuous department improvements.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Superior time management and organizational skills.
Ability to effectively communicate w/ colleagues, clients, and external partners.
Sensitivity and Cultural humility, especially working with older adults, and adult care givers.
Strong prioritizing ability.
Comfort using online technologies and database systems daily.
Knowledge of Microsoft suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook).
BA or Master level professional with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in non-profit. and/or social service program development, oversight, and implementation.
2-3 years project management or direct supervisory experience a plus.
Federal and nonfederal grant writing, reporting, and monitoring experience.
