Job Summary:
Used Car Manager in overseeing the inventory of used vehicles. This position requires excellent customer service abilities, and a clear understanding of the automotive industry.
Customer Service:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly.
Inventory Management:
- managing the dealership’s inventory of used vehicles.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to source and acquire high-quality used vehicles.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of vehicles for sale, ensuring they meet quality standards.
Operations and Administration:
- Assist in the development and enforcement of dealership policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
Team Leadership:
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Marketing and Promotions:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional activities to attract customers and boost sales.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred).- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive with at least 1-2 years in a customer service role.
- Skills:
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office programs
A must knowledge of Microsoft office and primary EXCEL and generate reports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in dealership management software
- EXCELLENT understanding of automotive market trends and vehicle valuation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $114,000.00 per year
