Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative at our Bismarck Gateway Office, you’ll be providing exceptional customer service, assisting with financial transactions, and offering a wide range of services. You’ll also guide customers on how to effectively utilize our products and services to achieve their financial goals.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday: 1:30PM-6:15PM
- Rotating Saturdays: 8:45AM-12:15PM
- +$5/hr for all Saturday shifts worked!
Essential Functions:
- Open new accounts, educate customers on available services/products.
- Utilize customer interactions to suggest additional services or programs.
- Manage and balance cash drawer, reporting discrepancies to supervisor.
- Address basic customer inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, while adhering to regulations and privacy policies.
- Demonstrate “Brilliant at the Basics” customer service skills, fostering productive relationships.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service, cash handling, and/or sales experience preferred
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in transaction processing
