Min = $53,280.11
Mid = $66,600.14
Max = $79,920.16
Summary:
The Supervisor Desktop Support leads the day to day activities of the Desktop Support team that is responsible for first and second level support, asset management of desktop and end point devices, printers, desktop application delivery and audio/video conference rooms. Works with the Administrative Director of IT to develop annual capital budget, strategy and hardware lifecycle plans, and serves in a Project Management capacity for implementing these plans. In partnership with other IT and clinical areas, utilizes Cherwell data to monitor Desktop Support productivity and works with the Service Desk to ensure process success. The Supervisor Desktop Support fosters a culture of continuous improvement through the use of Lean principles.
Responsibilities:
Develops annual capital budget, strategy and hardware lifecycle plans.
Meets with other departments to discuss and resolve issues of the organization.
Works through the desktop support tickets ensuring higher priority tickets are completed first.
Manages the workload of the department.
Maintains up to date hardware inventory and ordering of needed equipment.
Fosters a culture of continuous improvement through the use of Lean principles.
