Job Summary:
The remote Supervisory Compliance supervises the Advertising Review [3 FTEs] and Licensing Teams [3 FTEs]. They oversee the development, implementation, and enforcement of programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Job Location: Remote work is not available in AK, MT, HI (US) and Quebec, Nunavut, NW Territories, Yukon (Canada)
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervises and provides daily direction and communication to assigned staff.
- Assists leadership on continual evaluation of processes and procedures.
- Responsible for monitoring compliance operations and suggesting improvements to leadership.
- Supports leadership in staff recruitment, interviews, and training of staff on procedures and job-related functions.
- Assists in the development of performance reviews for skill improvement.
- Schedules and assigns work, as needed.
- Provides support to ensure actions/outcomes are aligned across all levels of the organization.
- Oversees the activities that influence the compliance and/or risk programs for area(s) of focus and ensures team alignment with company goals, processes, and values.
- Coaches and develops team talent and capabilities, responsible for development of necessary performance plans.
- Ensures company-wide regulatory training and education activities are effective and meet regulatory expectations in area(s) of focus.
- May represent the organization to regulators and other entities in government compliance matters.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience: 6 year’s relevant work experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (One-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college)
