## Overview
We are seeking a skilled Server/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the food industry and possess excellent customer service skills.
## Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages to customers following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
## Qualifications
- Previous experience in serving or bartending or a related role is preferred
- Knowledge of brewing, fine dining, catering, or food service is a plus
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Here at Lake Creek Lodge, We are looking for a few dedicated individuals to join our team!
Positions for servers and bartenders are available. If you are passionate about local ingredients and working in a tight knit team based atmosphere this is the job for you! We will be pushing the limits of the culinary scene in Central Oregon and need a team willing to get us to that next level.
-Hours of operation are Wednesday- Sunday 4p-9p.
-We are looking for full or part time workers, employees choice.
- Compensation will be $14.20 including tips.
- Lots of room for growth!
