At Haloprime Inc, we work with DISH Network and contract out installation services in residential homes. Technicians will perform multiple customer visits daily which would include completing site surveys, installing satellite equipment, ensuring a quality broadband internet connection and educating the customers on the award-winning DISH Satellite services. We compensate for a high-quality installation and exceptional customer service/education.

Piece rate / 1099 contract position

Satellite TV Installers/Technician Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct site surveys - determine the best location and positioning of the satellite equipment and be able to communicate the options with the customer.
Installing service - Installing mounts, satellite dishes and receivers while ensuring connectivity
Customer Education – Assist/educate customers with their DISH equipment, and the basics of using their new technology.
Up-selling Dish Smart Home Services - Successful technicians offer our customers additional services and products while earning additional revenue on every install.

Skills - Experience and Requirements
A successful Installer/Technician will have the following:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic computer skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time on a ladder, lift over 70 lbs at times, crawl into small spaces, work in all climates.
Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays and evenings.
Must possess a valid driver's license in the State you are seeking employment, with an exceptional driving record and access to a white installation vehicle, that meets DISH’s minimum standards.
Cable/satellite industry experience is a plus
Must pass drug screening before being placed on schedule
