Seeking a candidate with technical background to answer phone requests for product selection assistance. Products include computer cables, switches, interface converters, and electronic instrumentation. Some telemarketing to follow website inquiries and grow customer base. US Citizenship is required due to US Do D Government contract requirements. Responsibilities and Duties · Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers over the phone and electronically (via email and chat). · Create quotations and sales orders from web/phone orders or inquiries. · Some telemarketing to follow up on customer inquiries and grow customer base Qualifications and Skills · High School or GED required, associated degree preferred. · 1-3 years of experience inside sales of a technical product. · Customer service expertise utilizing both written and oral skills. · MS Office experience (Access, Excel, Word, Outlook) · Experience utilizing a Sales Order and Customer Management Database/Software preferred.
