Main objective to assist the Director of Sales in selling the hotel by qualifying every incoming call and various administrative tasks for the hotel. This is done by answering all inquiries / walk in guest. Marinating all follow up of file and accounts. Organizing correspondence for both Sales Department and GM.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales activities and support the sales team in achieving targets
- Assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Manage customer accounts and provide excellent customer service
- Assist in the negotiation of contracts and agreements with clients
- Support business development efforts by identifying potential leads and opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track sales activities and manage customer relationships
In addition to: 1. Qualify all incoming calls, accordingly 2. Organization of Sales and GM 3. Conduct Site tours 4. Account maintenance-trace calls/follow up 5. Achieve goals and commitments 6. Typing all correspondence-proposals/letters/contracts 7. Maintain E-Commerce activities 8. Maintain all Sales and GM files i.e.; correspondence, reports, contracts, new accounts 9. Prospect segments accordingly 10. Distribute group resumes and BEOs as needed 11. Qualify all leads and follow up as needed 12. MOD program participation 13. Assist in preparing marketing plans and sales forecast 14. Help enter group blocks 15. Help maintain tracking 16. Scan documents accordingly 17. Maintain binders for QA 18. Help order supplies accordingly 19. Note taking and minutes recording 20. Support hotel during large holidays accordingly, assist with special events as needed 21. Handle all tasks accordingly in the office set forth by GM Basic Requirements: 1. Must have well versed knowledge of computers 2. Must be able to lift 15 pounds 3. Must be able to walk frequently for site tour visits 4. Must be organized 5.
