Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operator to join our dynamic team. Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery on the assembly line to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment, including logic controllers and Fanuc systems.
- Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality control standards are met consistently.
- Assist in the assembly of components, adhering to safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and equipment performance.
- Proven rotomolding + mechanical knowledge with experience in welding preferred.
- Experience with materials handling and tooling processes is desirable.
- Ability to work effectively on an assembly line while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues as they arise.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
