Coverage area: Longmont, Boulder, Louisville, Lafayette, Thornton, Northglenn, etc.
RN productivity expectation for 40 hrs = 28 - 32 points/wk
SOC 2.5, ROC 2.0, Discharge (OASIS) 1.5, Recertification- 1.5, Routine visits- 1
Must have recent HH exp 2023-24
Home Care Home Base experience required
Client may consider without HCHB exp if CLN completes online training class prior to start.
