Position Summary:
Drive Category Growth at the Customer(s) to achieve annual sales and spend targets. Support Senior Leaders in customer execution and growth through time in trade and internal support of developing/implementing processes. Deliver goals on new item distribution and base volume gains.

The pay scale for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The pay scale disclosed below has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The pay range for prospective employees in this role is between $70,000 and $90,000 per year.

Position Summary:
Drive Category Growth at the Customer(s) to achieve annual sales and spend targets. Support Senior Leaders in customer execution and growth through time in trade and internal support of developing/implementing processes. Deliver goals on new item distribution and base volume gains.
MAIN ROLE AND ACTIVITIES
Performance: Win at Retail
- Monitor and review customer category plan
- Drive execution of customer category plan, new and d-build items, shopper marketing
- Time in trade to ensure planogram accuracy, day to day execution
- Review delivery frequencies to ensure customer in-stock’s and provide Senior Leaders with insights and opportunities to improve with the customer
- Identify gaps between customer plan and in-store feedback and propose resolutions to gaps
- Achieve annual sales and trade targets through effective merchandising, accurate in store pricing and POS
- Communicate in store issues raised by the customer to both your Team Leader/Director and also the CAM team.
- Ensure achievement of agreed Customer(s) targets/KPIs (Category growth, Sales, Customer service and in-stock levels, etc.)
- Prepare for customer Executive Tours, communicate needs to DGIC Leadership
- Continual interaction and work with the standardized reports, business insights, and category growth driving opportunities
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and drive customer related initiatives, as well as, other functional groups like customer facing supply chain, finance manager, and category sales development.
- Direct and own the customer sample process, approving and directing sample orders to correct method of distribution
- Facilitate POS needs for customers working internally to collect needs and ensure POS is ordered and shipped to correct customers
- Develop and maintain Distributor Portal for customers to access needed materials
- Own Foodshow process – coordination end to end, set-up, attend
- Support DGIC Leadership with CAF & Questionnaire’s for customer contract.
