Primary Functions: Manage Global Credit Union builder approval process and oversee post-closing construction draw process and repair escrows.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain a current list of approved builders.
Review new builder application packages for compliance with Global Credit Union approved-builder requirements; submit qualified builders' application packages to Finance Committee for review and final approval.
Coordinate distribution of construction draws, including inspections and title updates (when necessary) on construction and renovation loans.
Maintain draw records in loan origination system.
Communicate with members and builders regarding project completion expectations.
Process requests for extensions to the construction phase upon request from member and/or builder.
Oversee repair holdbacks for closed loans; maintain communication with members to ensure timely completion of work requirements.
Assist with training Production and Operations staff on construction loan products and procedures.
Maintain current general knowledge of mortgage lending policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations.
Perform interior and exterior inspections on properties as assigned by the automated system and/or by management.
Complete the appropriate property inspection forms and ensure compliance with investors, guarantors and mortgage insurance companies.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Not applicable.
Experience/Skills: 2 years' experience in a construction related field. Working knowledge of construction project management for full new-builds and renovation projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills. This position will require the employee to become Federally Registered through the NMLS per the S.A.F.E. Act. NMLS Federal Registration will be sponsored by Global Federal Credit Union. This position requires a valid driver's license, acceptable and insurable driving record, pre-employment and random drug testing.
Tenure: Assignment to the Residential Construction Administrator I category 12, Residential Construction Administrator II category 11, and Residential Construction Administrator III category 10 will be determined by the candidate's experience. Advancement requires management recommendation and will be based on the candidate's certifications and/or performance.

Salary Pay Range:
Residential Construction Administrator I (Category 12): $48,387 - $73,549 annually
Residential Construction Administrator II (Category 11): $52,258 - $81,523 annually
Residential Construction Administrator III (Category 10 ): $57,484 - $90,825 annually
Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and local or state wage requirements, if applicable and will fall within the range provided above.
In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall within the minimum to midpoint of the listed range.
