GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for assisting and providing administrative support to the Recruitment Unit in managing operational processes
of the Recruitment Unit following guidelines, policies, and procedures established by Medical Card System, Inc.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Assists in the administration of the daily operations of the Recruitment unit.
Makes, refers to and takes the department's phone calls.
Organizes and maintains the agenda of the Recruitment unit and coordinates meetings, activities, interviews, and appointments.
On an ongoing basis, generates operational reports, as requested.
Supports Recruitment personnel in developing and modifying policies, procedures, programs, and initiatives the Unit develops.
Provides support in drafting, reviewing, and sending all communications addressed by Human Resources to the company's employees.
Generates, manages, and archives confidential documents in employee files, as requested.
Assists in the Reception of the Department and Archive area when required.
Participates in special projects, as required.
Complies fully and consistently with the company's standards, policies, procedures, and local and federal laws applicable to our industry, business, and employment practices.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned in accordance with the education and experience requirements contained herein.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience: Associate's degree. At least three (3) years of experience performing administrative tasks in a similar position in a Human Resources department.
Or
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree. At least (1) years of experience performing administrative tasks in a similar position in a Human Resources department.
