GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Collect and analyze data from medical research to draw conclusions or make predictions. Develop and execute research studies, analyze them, and interpret data derived from healthcare studies, and research projects. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide statistical support, contributing to evidence-based decision-making and advancing healthcare research.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Collect, analyze, and interpret data from utilization and census experience for clinical programs.
Applied statistical theories and methods to solve complex clinical program opportunities.
Provided insights on findings through reports, graphs, and other visual means.
Reviewed and ensured data integrity and accuracy.
Assist in the publication and discussion of research findings, ensuring statistical soundness.
Contribute to grant writing processes with a focus on the statistical design and analysis components.
Guide sample size determination, experimental layout, and data collection methods.
Gather and integrate data from different sources, to realize models and analyze data to unearth trends and patterns.
Present, explain information, and suggest improvements.
Stay informed about advancements in statistical methodologies and healthcare research.
Must comply fully and consistently with all company policies and procedures, with local and federal laws and regulations applicable to our Industry, to maintain appropriate business and employment practices.
May carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned, according to the requirements of education and experience contained in this document.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a quantitative field (Mathematics). At least three (3)
years of experience working with analysis and data, preferably with statistics in the Health Industry.

Certifications / Licenses: N/A
Other: Knowledge of analysis and management of tables and database relationships is required. Knowledge of SQL Manager, Power BI knowledge, Tableau, Access, and SPSS is preferable.
Languages:
Spanish – Intermediate (comprehensive, writing and verbal)
English – Intermediate (comprehensive, writing and verbal)
