Overview Are you passionate about finding and attracting top talent? Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The primary role of the Recruiter is to provide full-lifecycle, full-service recruitment support and partnership to managers for all levels of the organization. The Recruiter will be responsible for creating recruiting strategies in the community, creating community contacts, and acting as liaison with community organizations for purposes of sourcing candidates. Position Overview
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs
Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications to identify the best-fit candidates
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Facilitate communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions
Manage job postings and update them as necessary to reflect current hiring needs.
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
Assist hiring managers with interview preparation and provide recommendations based on candidate evaluations
Manage the CSI Affirmative Action Plan.
Extend job offers and negotiate terms as needed
Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Five years of experience in recruiting is required
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred
Effective oral and written communication skills
Skilled in database management and record keeping
Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
Excellent organizational skills.
