Responsibilities:
Full Cycle recruiting -including sourcing and attending job fairs. Managing Social media platforms and attending community events.
Sourcing: Proactively engaging talent and publishing job listings on ATS and other job boards.
Screening: Evaluating candidates qualifications and fit for roles. Conduct prescreening interviews.
Selecting: Conducting structured in-person interviews and collecting feedback.
Hiring: Making job offers and conducting background and reference checks
Onboarding: Transitioning the candidates to hired employees, Organizing and preparing for Orientation
and training, maintaining employee credentials required by state.
Maintaining employee records.
Maintain contact with all active employees
Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.
Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data.
Other HR responsibilities as directed by Branch Manager
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a high school diploma.
Proven experience with recruiting, healthcare recruiting a plus.
General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Skills in database management and record keeping.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
